AAAAAMAZING SERVICE!!! Went on a vacation to Fort Bragg. Halfway through, the rear end differential on our truck went out. They had our truck up and running as fast as they could and even communicated when issues (outside of their control) occurred.

My mom's car had been sitting for months, and even with trickle charge, wouldn't start. I needed to drive it 250 miles, so had Adam's get it running. They found the brake problem. I ordered that fixed too, and didn't expect to be able to leave until mid-afternoon. They had it done before 11 AM. I got home in time for dinner. Thank you.

We were vacationing in Mendocino when our check engine light went on. The diagnostic said that the cylinder misfired and we were in big trouble because we were 200 miles from home. We called many different places but none of them would take us in for service, but Jennifer said to come right over and she would see what they could do even though they were just about to close. They figured out that we needed spark plugs, went over to the auto parts store and got the correct spark plugs, then one of the bolts they needed to remove was stripped so then they went back to the auto parts store and found a new, matching bolt, came up with a clever way to get the seized bolt out, replaced the spark plugs and got us on our way. Jose and his assistant stayed late to get it done and were incredibly helpful, friendly and did their job very well. I highly recommend them for any auto service you may need

She and her team went above and beyond the call to help us out, both while we were in town and after we had rented a car to continue our trip. My friend and I broke down with a faulty alternator on a road trip just north of Willits. Adam was there bright and early Monday morning and told us to bring the car in. His son took some of his personal time to look over the car right away and verify the issue with an otherwise crowded shop. The part wasn't available anywhere in within ~35 miles so we proceeded to have it over-nighted. When the receptionist forgot to order it in time and realized her mistake, she called everywhere in an expanding radius to find the part and personally pick it up so work could ensue right away and get us back on the road.

Adam seemed like a genuinely good guy and the car is still un-broke to this today.

Adam does good work and is always personable. They can get busy and have too many cars in the lot but if you can get over the parking or lack thereof the work is good and he always gets me in and out quick.

This is a belated review for the owner. During a trip with my girlfriend to the area during the end of 2012, my truck suddenly lost power while going uphill.

I thought it was the transmission failing, as that had occurred previously and was an expensive repair. We found this business while looking for a local mechanic and not only did he come and tow us from where my vehicle was, he diagnosed the real issue honestly, which was something much less expensive than I had thought it was, and repaired it at a much lower cost ( including the tow ) than he could have given our situation being from out of town and stranded without the vehicle.

He was very integral, honest, competent and affordable! We are deeply grateful for the owners kindness, competence and easy to relate with personality!

Stopped in for emergency repair as I drove up 101. 45 minutes to close, the mechanic here was able to create a temporary fix so that I could keep going.

I often go up north and got a flat I was driving with my little spare and came across Adams. So glad I did! I had my little tire replaced with a inexpensive spare until I got home (plus they realigned so my drive was safer). I have returned to Adams for other services because of the honest, trusting services I have received, and recommend them as often as I can to others needing great service at reasonable prices and integrity.

On my way up north my MDX suffered an engine misfire. My wife, baby and I had to make an emergency pit stop to the closest auto shop which happened to be Adam's. They were busy that day and really didn't need to check on my car but did any ways and Adam was very patient in diagnosing the issue. One of the workers there, I think his name was Coleman, actually went all the way to Ukiah during his lunch break to pick up a part for us otherwise we would have had to wait 3 more hours until it arrived. Very friendly and accommodating crew here, and I hope and pray many more years of success for them.

My car broke down in Willits, I had no idea where to get it towed, since I wasn't from there. My daughter had good experience with Adam's so i towed it there. They saw it right away. I don't know what they did but the car started running after they looked at it. Said it's fine and charged me nothing! I gave them $40 for looking at it anyway. Continued to Humboldt and the car worked fine! Love these guys!
